Ordering Replacement Fabric by Post

   Contact Ryan with photographs of the cover fitted to your boat before posting anything. Agree the cover area, suitable sample, fabric, windows, openings, fixing layout and quote first. If you have no usable old cover, ask us to assess your photographs and proposed measurements; measurements alone may not provide a suitable pattern.

2. Post the Agreed Sample

   Once Ryan confirms the sample and posting instructions, remove and pack the old cover. Include the agreed job details. Confirm the current delivery address and sample-return arrangements before sending it.

3. Confirm the Replacement Details

   A suitable old cover provides a pattern for the replacement fabric. Confirm panels, material, colour, windows, openings and fastenings; stretched or damaged cloth may need additional details rather than a direct copy.

4. Dispatch and Fit to Existing Supports

   We aim to dispatch within 6 working days of receiving your old cover or confirmed measurements; delivery time is additional. Confirm postage arrangements and fitting requirements with Ryan. We supply replacement fabric, not supporting frames or installation.
