Services start from £190 for window replacements. Custom canopies and tonneau covers are priced individually based on size, complexity, and fabric choice. No VAT charged - we're a small family business. Send us your old cover and we'll provide an exact quote.
What is the turnaround time for a custom boat cover?
Our standard turnaround is 6 working days from receiving your old cover to dispatching the new or repaired cover. This includes fabrication, quality checks, and final finishing.
What materials do you use for boat covers?
We use marine-grade fabrics including acrylic (solution-dyed), PVC-coated polyester, and heavy-duty PVC. All fabrics are UV-resistant, waterproof or water-repellent, and designed for UK weather conditions.
How does the postal service work?
Send us your old cover via post and we'll copy it identically with improvements. We operate a UK-wide and Europe-wide postal service. Contact us for shipping instructions, send your cover via DPD or Royal Mail, and we'll fabricate and return your new cover within 6 working days.
What warranty do you offer on boat covers?
We warranty our workmanship and construction quality. Fabric durability estimates (7-10+ years) are based on proper care, maintenance, and storage conditions - actual lifespan varies with usage and how well covers are maintained. We offer repair and alteration services to help extend the life of your cover.
The Postal Copy Service — No Site Visit Required
The postal copy service is how most customers order. Post your existing boat cover to our Carterton, Oxfordshire workshop. We use it as a precise pattern — tracing every panel, seam, window cutout, and attachment point — then cut and sew a new cover in your chosen material and colour. Your original is returned with the new cover, normally within six working days of us receiving it.
No measurements, no photos, no site visits. The cover you send does all the work. Even a worn, torn, or faded cover produces an accurate result: it's the shape, not the condition, that matters. This service is available UK-wide. We work on covers from any boat make and model, including models not on our listed catalogue. If you have the cover, we can copy it.
Materials and Colours
We offer two main fabrics: marine PVC (850gsm, fully waterproof, ideal for exposed moorings) and Odyssey Plus acrylic canvas (breathable, UV-resistant, preferred for covered moorings and classic boats).
