1. Post Us Your Old Cover
Package up your existing boat cover and post it to our Oxfordshire workshop. Your old cover is the most accurate template we could ever have — no site visit required.

2. We Measure & Pattern
Our team carefully unpicks seams and traces every panel onto fresh pattern paper, capturing the exact shape including darts, zip runs, and tie-down points.

3. Cut & Sew in Marine Canvas
Panels are cut from our heavy-duty marine-grade fabric and sewn with UV-stabilised thread on industrial machines. Every seam is double-stitched for longevity.

4. Quality Checked
The finished cover is laid out and checked against the original pattern. Zips, press studs, and elastic are tested before we approve it for dispatch.

5. Delivered to Your Door
Your new cover is dispatched by courier, typically within 6 working days of us receiving your old one. We return your original cover too.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to send measurements?
No. When you send your existing cover, we use it as the template. It's the most accurate way to guarantee a perfect fit. If you don't have an old cover to send, photos and measurements work as a starting point.
How long does it take?
Most orders are completed within 6 working days of us receiving your old cover. We'll let you know an estimated dispatch date when we receive your parcel.
What fabric do you use?
We use marine-grade acrylic canvas (typically Weathermax or equivalent) and heavy-duty PVC-backed polyester depending on the application. All fabrics are UV-stabilised and waterproof. Visit our fabrics page for full details.
Can I request changes to my new cover?
Yes. Common changes include different fabric colour, added or moved windows, reinforced wear patches, or new fastening types. Just include a note with your old cover.
What's the packaging and delivery process?
We dispatch via tracked courier. You'll receive a tracking number by email. We also return your original cover so it's not wasted.
