Replacement Canopy Fabric
Replacement roof, side panels or a complete canvas set can be assessed for suitable existing frames and fittings. Agree the panels and connections that must work together before manufacture.

Cockpit and Tonneau Covers
These labels can overlap. Show the cockpit or deck opening to be closed, its support arrangement and complete fastening line so the replacement covers the agreed area.

A damaged window, zip or panel may be repairable or replaceable if the surrounding cover is suitable. Send close-ups and a wider view before removing or posting it.

General boat-cover repairs start from £70. The condition of the surrounding fabric, seams, windows and fasteners determines whether repair is appropriate; no fixed extra lifespan is promised.

Post the Agreed Sample
Once Ryan confirms the sample and posting instructions, remove and pack the old cover. Include the agreed job details. Confirm the current delivery address and sample-return arrangements before sending it.

A suitable old cover provides a pattern for the replacement fabric. Confirm panels, material, colour, windows, openings and fastenings; stretched or damaged cloth may need additional details rather than a direct copy.

Questions Before Ordering
How does the replacement boat canopy service work?

Once a suitable sample and specification are agreed, we make replacement fabric for the retained supports and fittings. We aim to dispatch within 6 working days of receiving your old cover or confirmed measurements; delivery time is additional.
What if my old canopy is damaged or missing?
Send photographs before removing or posting the cover. Stretched, damaged or incomplete fabric may need extra information and cannot always be copied directly. If no usable sample exists, ask Ryan to assess your photographs and proposed measurements. A model name alone does not establish a pattern.
Can you replace a canopy on an older boat?
We can assess replacement fabric for an older boat with suitable retained supports and fittings. Confirm the designation, present canopy layout and any alterations with photographs. We do not guarantee an existing pattern for every model.
How much does replacement canopy fabric cost?
An individual quote is required for the agreed cover area, pattern, fabric, windows, openings and fittings. Check applicable model-catalogue starting prices, then confirm your own specification. No VAT is added. Agree postage and sample-return arrangements with your quote.
Can you replace just one section of a canopy set?
A panel, window or zip can be assessed against the surrounding fabric and the rest of the set. Photograph how it connects to adjacent sections and retained fittings. Material or colour matching and the suitability of a partial replacement must be agreed before ordering.
